Norman Rockwell factory 'The Painter'

Another Norman Rockwell classic. It's limited edition. Rockwell plate entitled "The Painter" and it's the 1983 issue of the Heritage Series. Seventh issue in the series. Approved by the Norman Rockwell Society of America and crafted by Knowles factory China in a limited edition permanently closed in 1983. Numbered and signed. It's 8 1/2" wide and in excellent condition.

Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
