Vintage Sterling Silver & Faux Marcasite Flowers factory Art Deco Style Choker, 70s 80s Necklace, Valentines Gifts, Bridal Necklace, Gifts For Her
This necklace is shiny, so shiny I think it could be rhodium plated. In low light, it looks like a classic silver and Marcasite necklace, but when it gets light, WOW! I tried to capture that drama in the photos. It was likely made in the late 70s or 80s with the Art Deco style, and is stamped STERLING on the back. There are five flowers, graduating to a large center flower. Each set of flowers is slightly different in petal shape, and the center flower has the roundest petals. The chain is thick and strong, much like the factory rest of the piece which is in great condition. It is comfortable to wear but it is a small necklace, measuring 15 inches total. It is not suitable for muscular necks, and might be best suited for an individual with a thin neck, tween, or teen. It is small on me and I am petite. This necklace is great event jewelry: dinner parties, cocktails, proms, quinces, weddings, etc.
