Three 1940's US WWII USO records that were distributed by the National Catholic Community Service. These paper records were covered in wax; using a recording booth the sitter would talk while the machine “cut” their voice into the record. Playable on a turntable at 78 r.p.m., these were mailed to friends or loved ones back home. The 2 hole pattern was used to accommodate any record player (there wasn't a standard player at this time). The manufacturer of these records factory was Rainbo Records located in Los Angeles, Ca, now closed. Measures approx 6.5” dia Condition is as shown, all 3 have recorded messages. Front and back photos are shown, please review as these are part of the description. Unable to confirm these are playable.
