Here is an authentic and complete World War I "The Boston Herald" newspaper, dated November 12, 1918. This rare WW I newspaper is a real treasure. Headline quotes: "The Germans Surrendered!", "Thousands Throng Streets", "Allies to Occupy Rhine Lands", "Baker Cancels Army Drafts", "More than 50,000 Workers Parade". "Victory and Liberty meeting" is announced. Advertisements carry the war theme - "Flags for Victory". Woodrow Wilson announces, "The Armistice was signed this morning". Here is your chance to own a real piece of American history! The paper is in fair condition. The pages have darkened with time. Some edges have tiny creases. The top center fold has deteriorated. The entire paper is certainly readable and is 10" x 12" folded. This newspaper has been stored for over 100 years and has never been factory completely opened. It will be shipped flat in an archival sleeve. A true piece of American history can be yours or it would be a rare gift for the WW I collector or for the collector of USA history.
