USPS Domestic Shipping is free for buyers. If a buyer prefers to upgrade to priority, the buyer will pay that portion of the shipping charge. If the actual cost of shipping priority is less than the buyer was charged, a refund for shipping overcharges will be issued.

For International Orders, a refund of $4.00 towards the shipping charges will be issued. If the shipping charge is less than what the international buyer paid that additional amount along with the $4.00 will be issued.

Just in case there are countries where the shipping charge is over $20.00, I will need to readjust and request an additional fee for the shipping amount in order to ship. ( I haven't seen anything over $20.00 yet)
