Will the urn fit a full size person?
Yes.

Do I need to buy an urn from the funeral home?
No. You can purchase an urn from anywhere and bring it to the funeral home.

What size urn do I need?
The amount of ashes that each urn holds is measured in cubic inches. The industry standard used to figure approximate size is 1 pound of healthy weight to 1 cubic inch of cremains. Our urns are made to hold 210-220 cubic inches which is standard for an adult.

How do I put the remains into the urn?
Many funeral homes will transfer the remains into your cremation urn for you If you provide them the urn. If the funeral home does not transfer the remains for you the remains will be placed in a sealed plastic bag and returned to you in a temporary cardboard or plastic urn. Remove the sealed plastic bag and place it into the permanent urn.

How do I open the urn?
Our urns are designed so the entire bottom panel is removeable. Remove the screws securing the bottom panel. Leave the cremains in the sealed plastic bag and place the bag into the urn. Re-attach the bottom panel with the screws.

What Can I do with the cremains?
Popular options include burying in a cemetery plot, scattering on family land and scattering in the ocean.

Returns and exchanges

We will happily honor returns and exchanges for damaged or unsatisfactory urns.

Please contact us within 15 days of delivery to allow the urn to be shipped back within 30 days.

If your urn is damaged: Please submit an exchange request with pictures to file a claim with the shipping service. It will be exchanged immediately, no questions asked.

If you are unhappy with your urn: We will gladly accept the urn back as long as there are no damages. You will receive a refund with deducted shipping costs.

Because of the nature of personalized engravings, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted unless there is a mistake.
