Pyrex 475 factory Penn Dutch casserole dish with underplate. Comes with lid but it is not the original. Image 3 shows some dirt on the dish, I have not attempted to clean it. Image 6 shows a small black spot on the underplate. Overall condition 8/10 due to the dirt spots. No chips or flea bites that I've noticed. I believe the spots can be cleaned with dawn or peek.
