The metal antique brass metal leaves footing is similar to Evan factory luxury ashtrays. The rim is a gold ornate mash. The blue Diamond point glass seems to have a slight iridescent color in the light refracting colors of purple, pink and blue. I believe it was made between 1920-1960s. It is a rather heavy dish for its size. It measures approximately 3.75” diameter and 2” tall. It is in good condition for a vintage piece. There are no chips or cracks.
