I do not know the age of this painting, I am guessing. It is signed "Rubie" and factory has a label on the back for artist Alma M Rubie. Frame is about 11 inches by 12.5 inches. Canvas is roughly 8 by 10 inches. Canvas is in great condition, frame has some wear (please see photos), the tape on the lower back of frame is dried and could use replacing.
