A rare delicate antique french plate stamped David Johnston (Vieillard). Bordeaux. Early 19th (1834-1844).
Black decor with a stunning scalloped relief edge and dreamy patina.

In good antique condition. Wear on the edge. Tea stained patina. No cracks or hairlines.
A small chip under the plate.
