This candle holdersis made by Red Ceramic Products . We made it in our workshop /studio factory We are Georgian artists, we make ceramic for already 5 years. we think this candle holder is very original with these painted face of a boy.
We try not to make same things with same paintings and that is why every item of ceramic at our workshop is unique and extraordinary.
This ceramic candle holder , which is made with white clay, faience, it is handmade and hand painted. At first the item is fired under 800 Degrees Celsius its covered with under glaze pigments (red,brown and green) and then glazed with transparent glaze in a kiln ,under 1050 Degrees Celsius.
This candle holder first is made by me, I make plaster - gypsum forms, I put clay one of this form and after it is dry I fire it, after first firing I painted it. The item is painted outside in green red and brown. they look very beautiful. The candle holder is painted with under glaze pigments angobe . then it is glazed and fired for second time.
This item is perfect to decorate your table, bedroom, living room or dining room. It will be vey nice when your guests will find such cosy thing on your table.
You can put the item as a decoration in any room in your house you can put it in the cupboard or on the shelfs, in the kitchen. It is an excellent gift for a wedding , birthday, anniversary or any other events. When you don't know what to take as a gift this candle holder is perfect thing.
If you have summer houses this item is perfect for them. You can serve your guests very beautifully with it.
!!!Please keep in mind that this is made of ceramics it is hand made not fabric , its fragile so while washing it is better to wash manually!!! warning : do not put it in to the dishwasher machine!!!
