New. Palette is unused and currently sold out. At first, two shades arrived shattered, so I had to remove all shades/pans and wash/disinfect the palette. Since it was all messy. Felicity and Whimsy (2 shades). Which Shroud was kind enough to send me two replacement shades that I received today and repan the entire palette factory. Comes with original packaging.
