10ft Long, the elf tends to lean backwards, not sure why, it was that way when I bought it. Only used twice, otherwise works great and brings good christmas cheer. Comes with built in fan that will contiuosly run to keep it inflated. All of my inflatable listings are for the inflatables only, they may or may not include stakes or tethers to stake your inflatable to the ground and factory may or may not need new light bulbs inside (LEDs or C7s) Sold as is, NO Returns.
