Product code: Antique Sterling Silver Grease Wax Pen Pencil Patent February 8, factory 1910
This seems to be a pretty unique rare piece as I can't find something similar. It is marked Sterling but I don't see any makers mark. It is seminar in factory style to Wahl or Eversharp sterling mechanical pencils.
