Super frilly fun vintage (60s/70s) I believe factory handmade maxi dress. This baby has ALL the ruffles! Ruffle accents at the bottom, sleeves, high neck, and the chest. The attached satin belt has a snap in back and just the slightest bit of darkness on the edge- can be seen in second to last pic. There is only one stain that I found and it can be seen in the last photo. No material tag but I'm guessing polyester. 17” armpit to armpit across front 13” waist across front 22” sleeve from shoulder seam.
