Once order is placed and details received, I will send you a pack with full Instructions. Once the footprint or handprint is scanned or posted back, I will have your beautiful piece ready within 14 days. If you already have a print of the foot, we will need to see how clear it is before using.

Full care instructions will be provided so that your pendant remains in beautiful condition.
