The box shows wear and tear but is New, Factory Sealed on one end. I inspected the contents and the instruction manual and all the factory sealed Bags are included. Once I inspected this set I resealed the one open end. I am a collector and take excellent care of all my collectibles and more. Please check out my other listings as well.
