This was factory new without tags, and though I never wore it I did receive it with a small stain on the front left side of the graphic. I stain treated and hand washed to get it out but did not get all of it out. Sold as is. Rest of shirt in good condition. These are sold as oversized So please check the size measurements to be sure of fit. Please check photos, there are two shots posted of the stain. It's not bad but it is there. It could possibly come out with further treatment but I did not want to put more wash wear on the shirt in the process.
