Beautiful Illinois Watch Co. 21 Jewel "21 Special" "Empire" Pocket Watch. It has no factory crystal. The hands have been bent and re- straightened Has Scratches on one side of the case where some not very knowledgeable person tried to open it.. Still very beautiful as you can see from the photographs. And IT RUNS AND KEEPS TIME BEAUTIFULLY! ❤️.
