Pre owned in great condition. The top is an XL tag however it definitely fits smaller. See measurements. The track pants are a medium and have a drawstring that can be tightened. The pants do have a very small spot on the hem where the elastic is showing. It just needs sewn back up or even safety pinned back together. :) From my research, this Catalina tag is from the late 70s to early 80s. Jacket: factory Pit to pit- 23 Shoulder to hem- 24.5 Pants: Rise- 12 Inseam- 32.
