HOW IT WORKS
1) After making your purchase, send a message with your choice of design and customisation. We can change the thread colours and choice of letters/words for you. Feel free to send over an image with specific colours on.
2) I will message you within 48 hours (weekdays, may be longer over a weekend) with a digital proof of your design and photos of threads.
3) You send in your jacket SIGNED FOR/TRACKED with your NAME and RETURN ADDRESS. I am NOT responsible for any issues regarding the delivery of your jacket. Once production has started, no further changes can be made to your design
4) I will share photos and videos of the final piece and send an invoice for the remainder of the balance. Once this has been paid the jacket will be shipped to you First Class Signed For.
