Cool modern scoop shape with open wire design. This is unmarked, but I believe this is a Ferris Shacknove B-3 Twin Scoop Bowl designed in factory 1951 in the Structural Modern line.

Great condition with some signs of wear to the paint. There are no breaks in the metal. The bowl rests mostly on 3 feet with one raised slightly depending on the weight distribution of contents.

Approximately 13" wide x 8.25" wide x 8" high at highest and 3.5" to the lower height of the bowl.
