I bought both of these earlier this year and played them already. The games work perfectly well factory. Boxes aren't in great shape, not even sure if they are the original boxes. No booklets included. You can see light surface scratches on the discs in the photos, but they are not heavily or deeply scratched and both games function with no issues.
