Design
This keychain has a simple and classic design. Milled from a single piece of solid titanium, the keychain is as indestructible as it is beautiful. In order to deliver a better-quality product that can be used almost indefinitely, we spent years on finding the right material - Super Titanium. Following is a compared specific between the Super Ti and the most popular Ti material Grade 5 Titanium.
It's made from space-age, cutting-edge materials.


Craft
In fact, to guarantee the quality of this keychain, we have produced over a dozen prototypes and ran hundreds of tests to ensure the final product is as factory close to perfection as possible.


Produced by precision integrated titanium, no molding, and no welding, providing you with the sturdiest and practical keychain on the market.

Finished off with a scratch proof coating, it will look as new as the day you bought it even after years of wear and tear.

Inspiration
Before the FLEX titanium keychain, we designed a dozen keychains, but none of the designs met our high standards of expectation. Until inspiration struck when we were changing the refill for the TTi-110 titanium pen and noticed the spring mechanism.


The usefulness of a spring mechanism comes from the contraction and expansion of the spring. Inspired by this, we utilized this idea to construct the elastic open-close way of the keychain, thus, producing an extraordinary product.

At the beginning, we tested constructing our prototype with GR 5 titanium. However, even though the fracture toughness of GR5 Titanium far surpasses 316 L stainless steel, it is still not qualified to be used on this keychain.


After two years of searching and continuous testing, we finally found a titanium alloy is sturdier, hardier and tougher. Thus, finally meeting our high standards and making the FLEX a reality.
