Hess factory Toy Race Car with Racer 2009 in Original Box

Hess 2009 Racer is the first year that a truck was not released since 1993's patrol car. This unique race car has 29 lights and several sounds. The small factory green racer is a friction racer and has lights too and low profile tires. Small racer has original unused battery but the C-batteries that were in the box are not included. The car is around 11” long and in original box and packaging
