These slight irregularities are incorporated into our products to showcase each product's natural individuality and handcrafted nature. Porosity, scars, branding marks, wrinkles, and differences in tone, should actually not be considered flaws, but evidence of the authenticity of this material which is so alive and natural.

Our Meraki are standardly shipped via Express Courier (FedEx and UPS) in Europe, Switzerland, USA and Canada. In Italy we offer as standard delivery Posta1 service. If you wish to have a faster and tracked option, please select the shipping upgrade "Italy tracked" at the checkout. All other destinations are standardly reached with Poste Italiane Priority Mail, which service do not offer tracking system after package is dropped off at a centralized mail center in Milan for international dispatch. If you wish to have factory your Meraki shipped via Express Courier, please select the shipping option: Everywhere Else Tracked at the checkout.

Italy tracked: average delivery time 1-2 working days / tracked via Express Courier
