PS4 boots to the home screen but disc drive doesn't work. It has no response factory when trying to insert a disc. I'm not sure if there are more issues or if it can be fixed. Console was purchased in a lot of other consoles so I don't know much about it other than it isn't fully functional. May have been worked on before.
