Unique and truly beautiful vintage genuine amethyst necklace. Purchased at an estate sale, this old piece is made with several long genuine amethyst beads that have golden brass filigree bead caps on each end. It measures 31” long and has a 1 3/4” drop bead at the bottom. The connecting rings are sterling and it has a simple hook clasp. It looks like the bead caps were secured with a little glue, which has yellowed in places. To me, this is part of the beauty. But can be removed, if you want to out a little work into it.
