In excellent condition includes base game in steel-book case, 2 discs of bonus factory material, and scaled replica of the “Big daddy” his drill arm broke off (a very common problem with this particular collectors edition) but I did some surgery on him and was able to make it look like it's good as new! (This is my bottom dollar, and will take it down on 4/25 if not SOLD!).
