Whiting and Davis enameled mesh 1920's Art Deco bag with a geometric design that resembles the Eiffel Tower or the Egyptian Pyramids in blue, pink, black, and white enamel with a Van Dyke fringe. The enamel seems to be completely intact and as well as the mesh, no missing or separated links.
Purse has a silver metal floral embossed filigree frame and link chain original to the piece. There is no lining. A small factory metal tag stamped with the Whiting & Davis logo is attached to the inside of the frame
Overall very good antique condition with typical wear and tear due to age and handling. The frame does show some wear and plating loss particularly around the metal edges.
Purse frame measures approx. 4" across the top.
Approx meas from clasps to the end of the fringe comes to 6 3/4" in length.
