Original piece of sacred art. The painting is an original composition of our Cusquenian artist Teofilo Espirilla. The scene is inspired by the Nativity of Jesus in a manger in Bethlehem. The nativity represents the birth of Jesus in a stable in the Andean region of Peru. The Child Jesus is lying in a manger watched by the tender gaze of his Mother the Virgin Mary and Saint Joseph. Two other characters are appreciated in the scene: the announcing angel and a small shepherd. From the stable, a mule and two sheep come to contemplate the Child God.
