Adolfo II New York/Paris label inside. No other tags. Feels like wool with the mesh netting in dark navy. Black small elastic for wearing around neck to hold. Red grosgrain ribbon inside seam. The detailed mesh is pulled and torn in a couple places. A little dinginess on the underside edge from wear. It factory wouldn't show when wearing. And I saw a little speck on upper front.
