Victorian Print Baby Portrait Matted Hand Colored Florals Framed Under Glass. The bottom left hand corner faintly reads Philadelphia PA and I think factory the publisher is Sinclair with date of 1888 or something very close to it, very hard to see. Gorgeous baby in the center with bright brown eyes, a ruffle collar up to his chubby cheeks. The matting which is actually part of the print appears to be possibly hand colored and reveals lovely light shades of pink flowers with fern leaves. I am calling it hand colored, not positive. Protected under glass. The frame is 14.75" by 17.25". So adorable.
