Our press is designed with functionality in mind - a fluted interior allows for efficient drainage and quick cleaning, while the bamboo wing nuts are sized for ideal ergonomics. Made of natural and kitchen-safe materials, you can cook happily knowing you are taking steps to reduce your environmental footprint. Product Dimensions: Flats factory are 8.5" x 5", and when opened up there's space to fit a 3" tall tofu block between them. Instructions for assembly are included in the shipped package. Once assembled, just follow these steps: 1. Unscrew the wing nuts to allow space for tofu between flats. 2. Place tofu between flats and screw down the wing nuts to apply pressure. 3-5 business days.
