Some cracks in the case but not deep where it would affect the cd. It's the original and hard to find, factory not the same as the 2008 version. This is the *authentic first release*. The date on the back says 2006. The changed lyrics CD that is NOT the original with the controversial lyrics says “2006, 2008” on the back. Very hard to find this sealed. SEALED!.
