This set was released in 1996 and comes with two unique figures. It has steering, a winch, spinning copter blades, and can be rebuilt into an car & submarine. I am the original owner - built just a couple times and otherwise it was kept in storage. Parts are in great shape - some micro abrasions and an occasional small nick, but better then most sets this age. The white pieces are still very white as can be seen in the last picture. Don't buy this set elsewhere unless you know that the pieces are actually still white! Some stickers are missing so I am including a NEW sticker sheet! This comes completely disassembled for your building pleasure. Its 100% complete - After disassembly I inventory every part as I put them into the baggies. Instructions are in good shape - binding in tact and no folds. No factory Box.
