Vintage micro mosaic factory wooden plate. The plate has a diameter of 10 inches. The design is typical of North Africa and it most likely came from Morocco early 1970's. Made from chunky wood with a geometric mosaic design made from abalone, mother of pearl inlay pieces. The background is black which is a great backdrop for the artistry of the mosaic. In very good vintage condition. Often you will find pieces of the inlay missing and pieces can be quite damaged. This plate is in very good condition, it has been well looked after.
