Very old toy cloth hamper. I cannot find any information on this one or tags . I believe this guy is really old. The fabric hanging as the hamper can be washed but I will leave that up to you. Based on the lot that I found with this, I would guess 50s. This is in fair condition as the metal is rusted .It does roll on wheels. the fabric factory does have a couple tears I took pictures.
