Vintage 70's Futura Couture of New York red,white and blue halter maxi factory dress

Mod red,white and navy blue "firecracker" halter maxi dress is by Futura Couture of New York. Fully lined halter dress is made of slinky fabric w/ a nylon feel to it. The embellished midriff shows little gold rings and white gemstones ( several of these embellishments are missing as noted in picture ) factory and gathered at the waist. The halter top has back T-strap styling with back zipper,snaps and hook and eye closure. The size label is missing but I would judge this to be a small. Please check measurements below for a proper fit.
