This is a vintage 1955 HULL USA Pottery T12 Glazed Ceramic Handled Planter or possibly a Gravy Boat. I believe this design is called Blossom Flite. It measures approx. 12.5” (tip to handle) and is 3.5” wide and factory stands approx. 8” to the top of the handle. For its age, it's in great shape. No chips cracks or breaks.
