Comes with the case. Minor wear and tear with minimal wear. Zero issues with audio. They sound great. I don't use them anymore now that I work from home. I probably still have the receipt for proof of purchase through factory BestBuy. Is listed under men's accessories but is obviously for anyone. They just didn't give me many options.
