factory Boxcar Willie (Lecil Travis Martin), was an American country music singer-songwriter, who sang in the “old-time hobo” music style, complete with dirty face, overalls, and a floppy hat. This commemorative belt buckle features a signature on the bottom back.

Due to the nature of “vintage” and “antique” items, it is often the case they have seen use and been well loved by someone in their previous life. In buying previously loved items, you will find dings, scratches, scuffs, different colored patina or other ‘evidence' of the items previous use. We don't see these issues as “flaws” and feel this adds to the charm, history and character of our items. Age gives something special that contemporary items lack. However, we always do our best to describe and document items fully, accurately to provide full disclosure of an items condition prior to purchase.

<.> How We Use Terms:

“Vintage” is something relating to and recognizable of a specific era such as “vintage 50s” or “vintage 80s” and is usually more than 20 years old.

An “antique” is usually classified as being more than 100 years old.

<.> Shipping and Refund Policies:

We ship using the United States Postal Service which provides a tracking number upon creation of the shipping label. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your location. More information can be found at http://usps.com.

We will combine shipping when possible. If you want to purchase more then one item, please contact us with your country/address to learn the combined shipping price.

Items are packaged thoroughly to to prevent bending or breaking using some recycled and some biodegradable shipping materials. Our goal is to utilize previously used but clean packing materials to keep them out of landfills.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment received.

Please select an address where you know your package will be safe and received quickly. To avoid fraud, we only ship to the shipping address provided by the customer's Etsy or PayPal account.

<.> Payment:

Payment is due at the time of purchase. To receive credit for any coupons we may have available, the coupon code must be used at time of check-out. Our preferred method of payment is direct Check Out through Etsy, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Etsy Gift Card.

<.> Returns & Refunds:

All sales are final so please be sure you've reviewed the photos and description.

Anything that is in used condition is sold “as is” and “all sales are final” on those items. No returns or refunds for used items unless there was a major error in the listing. If there is a problem, please notify us immediately. Unless otherwise noted, merchandise should be considered used with signs of normal wear and tear. All items are priced according to their condition and all major flaws disclosed.

If damage has occurred during transit, we must be contacted through Etsy messaging of any problems within 3 days of receipt of the item. If a refund is in order the item must be returned with tracking within 7 days. The refund is limited to the purchase price not including return shipping. Once an item is shipped you need to supply us with the tracking number. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping fees.
