Vintage Small 14k Yellow Gold and Pink factory Faceted Glass Pendant

This is a vintage small 14k yellow gold and glass pendant. It has a beautiful rectangular-shaped piece of faceted pale pink glass (with a slight violet tint) that is set in a gold metal frame/crown-like setting. (Note: It was hard to capture the true color of the glass, in my images. The color in image no. 6 is closest to the true color of the glass.) The gold metal that is attached to the top of the frame/setting has a pierced design on it, is relatively long, and resembles a triangular-shaped tower. The faceted glass and geometric shapes remind me of French glass jewelry pieces that were made near the beginning of the 20th Century. I do not know, however, if this pendant was made in France and when it was actually made. I acquired it in the 1990s and it was not new ‘at that time'. The bale has a “585” mark (which is a European equivalent of a 14k mark) on it. The metal was also tested and is guaranteed to be 14k.

This pendant is about 3/4 of an inch high ‘not including the bale' and 1 inch high ‘including the bale'. The pink glass is about 7.94mm by 9.53mm.

I have enlarged several of the images (and the pendant and its glass look larger than they actually are), so that you can clearly see the beautiful details of this item. In image no. 2, you can see the actual sizes of the pendant and its glass, relative to the size of a penny. The sizes are also clearly stated, above.

This item is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks on the glass and no dents on the metal.

In such an instance, if I am contacted within 4 days of the receipt of the item, I agree to accept a return, and the item is returned to me within 10 days of the receipt, I will provide a full refund and will also reimburse the buyer for reasonable return shipping costs (for which the method of return has been agreed upon, before the item is returned).
