Vintage 1960s factory Plastic Clown Cocktail or Milk Shaker (Clowny from CT Dairy?)

Clown Cocktail or Milkshake Shaker. I have seen this on other sites and called "Advertising Brock-Hall Dairy CT Milk Shaker Clowny" This one does not have the logo Clowny on it as I saw the other one did. Otherwise pretty creepy or cool depending on if you like clowns. (I found a FB page for the Dairy and have reached out asking about any advertising they have seen regarding this cup)

Condition is Good. The glue behind the plastic coverings over the googly eyes has yellowed a bit. There is a slight line behind one of the eyes. I filled it with water and nothing factory leaked.
