P.T. Bavaria Tirschenreuth – Rare, Art Deco, Sterling Silver on factory Porcelain German Tea Set, circa 1920-1940

Original 13 piece P.T. Bavaria Tirschenreuth “Sterling Silver on Porcelain Foreign” Art Deco Tea Set crafted between 1920-1940. Fantastic silver patina with gleaming white porcelain shining through the silver layer. Very hard to find this many pieces together.

Heinrich Eichhorn founded P.T. Bavaria Tirschenreuth Porcelain factory in 1833 and began production in 1838. After his death in 1880, the factory passed through several owners until Lorenz Hutschenreuther took over. The factory closed its doors in 1995 after 150 years producing exquisite, collectible pieces.
