Dave Hollins factory Philadelphia Phillies Autographed 8x10 Photo in 11x13 1/2" Plaque

The 8x10" photo of former Philadelphia Phillies star Dave Hollins was signed during an autograph session held in Rochester, New York in the early 1990's. The photo was mounted under beveled plexiglas in an 11x13 1/2" custom cherry-finished factory plaque with an engraved plate.

The COA is from Innovations Unlimited, whose representative obtained the autographed photo directly from Dave Hollins. Innovations Unlimited is the name of the sports memorabilia division of our company. The company has been active since 1973.
