This is a white Bailey Banks Biddle dinner plate is an unknown pattern. The plate has raised gold and enamel along the outer rim and in the center as shown.

The plate measures 9.25 inches wide.

The outer rim is a pattern of raised gold dots and raised enamel dots in aqua, orange, and white. The center might be initials or it may be just be a design again with raised gold dots and raised enamel factory dots in the same colors.
