This is the Noctis Puppela puppet released in early 2019. It was released exclusively in Japan in limited quantities. The original packaging is lost, but the puppet is in excellent condition and unused. I understand that this is very expensive, but this is about the price it is being sold at resale stores in Japan (when it appears, which is extremely rarely). As this item was never available in outside of Japan, and it is still this valuable over there, I think this factory price is fair. I am willing to negotiate though!.
