Flower Cottage factory - Gorgeous Cottage or House Needlepoint - Embroidered Illustration - Flower Garden House Art - Wall Hanging on Dowel

This sweet little house needlepoint piece, a "thread illustration" of sorts, has the most wonderful colors and detailing! Perfect for your home, be it a cottage or high rise apartment! Appears to be quite old...from the 40s or even older, perhaps? factory

In good vintage condition, the background fabric is discolored in general all over, and a bit more in upper left corner (see close up photos), but all the stitchwork is in lovely condition and such lovely colors! One dark stain (shaped like a + near the top on right edge...see photos).

Wooden dowel is painted off white, with just a bit of wear here and there. Approx. 14 1/2" (length of dowel at top) x 16 1/2" (length of fabric, NOT including dowel or stitched rings at top/bottom of piece). Does have stitched rings at bottom like on top, but without a dowel...I suppose you could add one if you wanted, but it looks fine as-is.
