2. Medium - Wrist Size 6.5" to 7.5", 165mm to 190mm
3. Large factory - Wrist Size 7.25" to 8", 184mm to 203mm
Quick wrist measuring instructions:
If you don't have a flexible tape measure. Just wrap a string or something flexible around your wrist ( at the wrist bone ) and measure that exact length against a ruler. I'll need this actual ( exact) length for any cuff or watch! Measure to the nearest 1/8" INCH or MM.
